RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return a product purchased from us, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 1-5 working days. If the return is rejected, we will return the item back to you.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, regarding shipping address and weight of item(s) in your cart.
If your order contains more than one item, only the shipping cost of the heavier one will be billed. So shipping is offered for any other item of your order.
- Shipping costs to METROPOLITAN FRANCE, EUROPE, MAGHREB and TURKEY are free!
- Shipping costs to AFRICA, ASIA, FRENCH OVERSEAS, NORTH AMERICA, OCEANIA, SOUTH AMERICA are free for orders over €500.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT
Customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Any cost (shipping & customs charges) that we may pay on a returned parcel will be deduct from the refund.
